Summer

Inspect and rinse condensing unit • inspect evaporator coil • refrigerant leak search outdoor condenser coil • refrigerant leak search indoor evaporator coil • check Delta-T (temperature split) • check compressor • check condenser fan motor • check blower motor and assembly • ensure high & low voltage connections are secure • blow out PVC drains • check PVC fittings • check float switch(s) • check thermostat • check ducts, supply plenum and return-air plenum for leaks and damage • check return-air filter/media filter (will replace owner-provided filter) • check fuses • check system on completion and monitor operation

Winter: Gas Heat

Check furnace for carbon monoxide • check water heater for carbon monoxide • inspect heat exchanger • inspect and brush burners • inspect hot surface igniter • inspect and clean flame sensor • check gas valve operation • inspect blower motor, amps, capacitor and blower wheel • inspect control board and connections • inspect fuses • inspect draft inducer motor, amps and clean orifice • inspect pressure switch • inspect hi-limit switch • inspect vent pipe installation and proper venting • blow out PVC drains • refrigerant leak search indoor evaporator coil • check return-air filter/media filter (will replace owner-provided filter) • check thermostat • cycle system on completion and monitor operation

Winter: Electric & HEAT PUMP

Electric Heat Systems:
Inspect air handler • inspect control board & connections • ensure high & low voltage connections are secure • check fuses • inspect heat strips & check amps • inspect blower motor, amps, capacitor and blower wheel • inspect PVC drains, fittings & float switch(s) • blow out PVC drains • check thermostat • check return-air filter/media filter (will replace owner-provided filter) • refrigerant leak search indoor evaporator coil • cycle heating system and monitor operation

Heat Pump Systems include all the electric heat checks plus the following:
Inspect heat pump condensing unit • check compressor amps • inspect reversing valve • inspect condenser fan motor, blade, and amps • inspect capacitors • inspect contactor • inspect defrost control board and connections • refrigerant leak search outdoor condenser coil • rinse condenser coil • cycle heating system and monitor operation

The small print: Loyalty Club Membership and Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Summer and Winter Tune-Ups must be completed within the period specified in the agreement.

*Choose EasyPay to spread out the cost of membership over four months or choose OnePay and make a single payment for the full annual amount. EasyPay requires a credit card to which the initial payment followed by three additional monthly payments will be charged according to your HVAC system type. Keep in mind the terms regarding early cancellation require the credit card on file to be charged the remaining unpaid balance if any. A minimal convenience fee is included with each of the remaining EasyPay charges.
